Roasted Pumpkin Seeds - definitely a great Family activity. I still remember roasting Pumpkin Seeds as a child. Scooping all of the insides out of the pumpkin, separating the bulk of the seeds from the pulp. And after roasting the seeds, they were a tasty snack!
