Italiano Fish dinner with linguine tossed with pesto and sundried tomatoes. Served along side of a salad and steamed broccoli. And Baklava for dessert. That was the last meal in a week I prepared in it's entirety. First part of the week, half of us were out of commission with a Stomach bug (YUCK!). Then we literally ate meals from the freezer making room for a LOT of beef! I freeze leftovers. We dined on Tuscan Bean Soup, Meatloaf, Basmati Rice, Mashed potatoes, Peanut chicken, and many other dishes. But we can now close the doors on our two refrigerator freezers and one chest freezer. So back to cooking we shall go this week!
